Wilton Class 4, course 2 complete!

Here are a few of my pictures from week 3 and 4.  My final cake was to complete a basket weave design.  The flowers that are shown are generated from royal icing.  The butterflies wings are from color flow (often found on top of cookies, it creates a hard, smooth, shiny surface).  Starting next week, I am off for course 4 to learn fondant and gum paste.  I know, I'm skipping a course, course 3.  I will return to that after the fondant.
